I want to start off by saying that staff was very welcoming and attentive during our stay. Rooms were not in the best condition, especially the bathroom. It was very rusty and looked moldy. We didn't request a change because our stay was only for one night but anything longer would have been unacceptable.

The staff and location is what makes this a great hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful, both in advance and during our stay. The room we had are in need of some small repairs to get the best score, but the location is really perfect. Close to Piazza Navona and a perfect area to start your sightseeing from, either you are going to the Vatican or the Colosseum. We would go back on our next trip to Rome.
