The hotel is new with good sized and clean rooms. Had decent prices for our stay even though it was during the Osaka expo.
The breakfast was pretty decent but a bit pricey.
The area around the hotel and Umekita park can be a bit confusing with all the malls and walkways but after a while you learn the different shortcuts.
An abundance of shopping and restaurants in the vicinity and you could probably stay here for a month and eat someplace new every day.

Very nice hotel relatively new - in general staff was friendly, rooms were small but nice with great views of the city. Check-in process was crowded but it was efficient: If it is your first time in Osaka station, I recommended getting clear instructions from the hotel on how to walk from the Osaka station; it can get confusing if it is your first time.

Almost new and very clean, stylish decor if you like the modern and minimalist look. Bedding was comfortable, breakfast options were amazing, and had a great 2 nights sleep.

This hotel was brand new and very clean! It had easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the park. Our kids loved it since it was right next to the park. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great location right next to the Osaka train station and commerce area. Breakfast buffet at Maison Vert was excellent; Lovely environment with lots of western and Japanese choices to choose from.
Highly recommend. Will stay there again when we are back!

The hotel is not directly connected to Osaka station or Osaka-Umeda, it is another 8-10 min walk via sky bridge.

Great Stay—Clean, Comfy, and Convenient!
This hotel is extremely comfortable—brand new and spotless. While switching elevators isn’t ideal, the excellent service and overall comfort more than make up for it. The location is super convenient, with easy access to the station and plenty of nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great hotel!
Loved staying here…my corner room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. It’s a new hotel so everything is state-of-the-art & it took me a while to figure out the lights. Linens and towels were top quality, the bed was really comfortable, and the bathtub was superb! They even provide wonderful bath salts! The location is great…conveniently located right across from the train station. The staff were all outstanding and super nice. Would definitely stay here again!
