This is a great location and a basic accommodation. Our family of 5 shared one room and the beds were comfortable. The management was very responsive and easy to work with on WhatsApp.

Had a great 3-day stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the central location was perfect for exploring the area. Made our stay easy and enjoyable.

Check-in via WhatsApp is a little different but the instructions were great. The room wasn’t fancy but worked well for family of 5 with three kids. Awesome location. Close to restaurants, Trevi Fountain, and Metro.

The communication and directions given by the hotel was excellent otherwise finding the place would of been difficult. The room was clean and in a great location. It was noisy at night but that was more to do with other guests being inconsiderate and allowing doors to slam, plus you do hear alot of traffic but you are in a busy city so expect that.

The location was amazing! I should've asked more about the space I was getting we were 5 and it was too small.

6/10 Good

Trevi portrait was advertised a soundproof… And it was anything but soundproof. But the staff were really nice and helped to solve the issue by letting us stay in a Sister hotel. That hotel had the best breakfast we’ve ever had. And the room was very lovely.

Room was as expected, some need for repairs but nothing major. All in all as expected and fair priced. Staff was exceptional, very helpful and very friendly. Nothing felt like an issue, they assisted with luggage storage since we had a late flight at a nearby hotel without hassle and any charges.

8/10 Very good

The room was much cleaner and more modern than I thought! The beds were comfortable and there is an elevator so rest assured. The kettle however was pretty dirty and we had to scrub it clean before using it. The location obviously was amazing and was the primary reason for staying here. It was honestly kind of a hike to walk up to this building with all of luggages from the train station and if you want to leave the luggages after check out, its a different place 10 minutes from this hotel. It wasnt much of a problem tho. The area is very quiet and an extremely nice neighborhood. We would 100% stay here again if we came back to Rome.

4/10 Fair

The staff was great excellent communication and quick response. The room could use a little upkeeping. It was clean but the room condition could use a little love. Other than that was good very close to the tourist destinations , food etc.. I was out walking till very late and I felt safe in the area.

The room is absolutely opposite from what it was described, it looked like a hostess. There was no breakfast. The air conditioner barely worked. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.
