We feel deeply deceived. This was not a vacation, but a physically and mentally exhausting ordeal. The apartment was in shocking disrepair and completely unfit for rest. A deafening water pump next to the bedrooms activated every 5–10 minutes, making sleep impossible. We were forced to nap during the day to recover.
There was no normal bed linen provided and no proper cleaning done. This isn’t just unacceptable – it’s uncivilized. The bathroom was hazardous: an exposed socket next to the shower, water pooling on the floor, and no way to dry wet clothes. There was no wardrobe, and the clothes rail was useless. The window mechanism was broken. The handover was rushed, with no instructions, not even the Wi-Fi code, which we had to chase down later.
The place smelled of mold, the walls were peeling, and everything felt damp. Dirty pillows, no dish soap, barely any toilet paper. Even opening a window didn’t help – just brought in constant yelling and stomping from neighbors.
We came here hoping to rest and left more exhausted than when we arrived. It’s clear this apartment is knowingly misrepresented – perhaps that’s why full payment was demanded upfront.
The apartment is filthy, unsafe, and misrepresented. We strongly urge others to avoid this property and treat any offer from this host with extreme caution.
