Fantastic room for the price. (Studio unit but no bathroom.) It had everything I needed except the Wi-Fi did not really work. I was told that it was being upgraded and that the reason it was free was because it was very patchy. lovely staff on the reception desk and park guests were quiet and respectful at night. Beautiful location with an easy walk to town centre and amenities.

Cleaned rooms, bathrooms and shared areas were very clean, great to have hot water in the taps and hot showers on a cold day. Enjoyed the humbling experience and stay, as well as the town only 600m away - Staff were very helpful and even contacted and organised some small changes I had inquired about a few days prior Thank you, Hampshire Arrowtown.

Excellent place to stay in Arrowtown. We booked a self contained cottage and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our flight into Queenstown was late, but late check-in was a complete breeze and nothing to worry about. The staff were great!

We stay in the lodge with 2 bunk beds. The shared kitchen and toilets are kept clean by staff at least twice a day.
The location of the holiday park is excellent.
It has the best view of the area where the trees are turning yellow and red.

Clean, safe, good facilities and communicative staff. Close to beautiful Arrowtown and far enough away from Queenstown for a quiet nights sleep.
Only downside was it was so hot, luckily there was a fan in the room.
