Struggled to get into the property but once in there was stains up the walls on the floor and the bedding was also stained and dirty messaged host on Expedia got no reply rand them it just rang off also sent a txt message and got blanked there too

the hotel is a cononce you have found the hotel that is a small sign and a door you are refused check in. you are sent a message via Hotels saying you have to send your email adress by text to a number that is set to not recive text and if you do not send your email adress to this number you do not get the check in information. I tryed veriouse other things to get the check in information but after 2 hours of trying with the hospitatly of the pub opsitite and driving into the town center I gave up at 21:15 as the phone number I was given was still refusing to recive texts and other people had told me of the difficultys other people had had. I booked in to the local travel lodge at a cost of £77 and that was lowered because of another decent person I met that night but they had more stories of people that could not check into this hotel what more can I say than the hotel owner is a con merchiant.

Having arrived in the town, I was called by the owner stating the toilet in the room had been flooded or something by previous guests and so there was no room for me to have.
I then had to spend double the cost of the room on another room, and so now need to claim my money back.
This was not helped by there being a music festival going on and most rooms in the town were already occupied.
Yes the guy was very sorry and all that, but this was half an hour before I was due to check in.

I didn’t even get to stay here .: 1 room available; so booked and paid. Hotel manager (shocking, angry, rude man by the way) called me to say it was a mistake and was already booked.
So I turned the car around and went to a different hotel .. - hadn’t authorised the refund! Refuses to do so, changed his mobile number ?! Who does that?! Basically fraud !
Shambles!! Expedia won’t bother doing much other .. it’s a sh** show
