The room was clean and though a bit in disrepair - the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful - the best part of the Hotel for sure. There was extra security at the hotel which made a bit of a sketchy area feel safe and with a little upkeep, some paint, and some much needed repairs this will be a very lovely place at a good value

We found this a nice place to stay. Older motel that has had upgrades. Clean and the staff were really nice. Cat friendly which is important to us. Good place to stay in Duncan. We would certainly return.

Great Place and even better Owners!!
Our stay was amazing and the owners accommodated everything we needed. The room was super spacious and very clean. I rate my stay 5 stars and will definitely stay here again and recommend to everybody I know.

Motel in a quiet residential part of town, but walkable to downtown. My room was recently refurbished and had the loveliest newest fluffiest bedding of any motel in B.C.!!
