I waited for 5hrs in the lobby for check in and nobody came. I had to find another hotel. Horrible experience.. and no help and no refund by hotels.com provided

Total disappointment

Did not get information about check in. Waited so long in lobby and no one show up. Was given false contact number therefore unable to call. Cannot reach them at all. Tried contacting via phone and email for days for refund. Accomodation was already paid. Lost our money. Security tried calling and cannot get to them. Total scam. Ended up staying at another hotel.
