Bellissimo appartamento, pulito e con una vista eccezionale, personale dell'agenzia gentile e disponibile. Non metto 5***** solo per le modalità di check-in che, a mio avviso, andrebbero riviste: prima il contatto con agenzia centrale, che mi rimanda all'agenzia di zona, quindi richiesta anticipata con invio dati, successivamente richiesta (sempre online) del pagamento city tax, poi ricevo le modalità per il check-in vero e proprio.... E nuova mail per l'invio di quanto già avevo inviato!!! Prendete questa piccola critica per migliorare questo aspetto. Per il resto, come ho scritto, tutto perfetto.
