Dont let the Beverly Hills location fool you, this is a worn down building that is barrly avoiding being condemned. Avoid this place.

Horrible experiences
I appreciate the kindness of your staff; however, I must address several concerns regarding my stay. The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, with a strong odor and significant dust accumulation. The window screen was misaligned, allowing insects to enter, and I found the rusty bathtub too unhygienic to use. Additionally, noise from a nearby celebration kept me awake until midnight, and I was unable to use the bathroom sink due to drainage issues. I hope these matters can be addressed for future guests.

This place is a hostel. You get a dirty looking room with no shower or restroom. The restroom and shower are in the hall and are shared. The carpet everywhere is disgustingly beyond dirty. I thought the name was misleading.and the way its made to look like an actual hotel. I would of left on the spot but I was already running late to events.

Not a place I would stay or have a family member stay. More of a room I would get for a homeless guy to get him out of the rain or snow.

Awful. This hotel has no AC and it was unbearably hot. I have some empathy for the fact that there was a heat wave going on, but even at night when outside cooled down the room was so hot!! My room was on the ground floor with a window that needed to stay open to make it bearable, but left me worried for my things and myself. I couldn't leave ANYTHING remotely valuable in the room with a wide-open ground floor window. I was booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one after having one of the worst sleeps I've ever had at a hotel. I had to book another hotel and thankfully I found something last minute. The rooms do not have their own refrigerators, there was a communal fridge in the lobby (that doesn't have ice). They offer free wifi which is needed because for some reason you don't get cell phone service in the rooms. I'm not the type of person to mind a less-than-great room, for the most part I'm only there to sleep, but you need to feel like your belongings are safe while you are away. I was excited to stay in the area and explore Beverly Hills on foot as the location is great, but it just wasn't worth it. All the staff I encountered were very nice, the situation was not their fault and the bed appeared clean. Get some AC machines at the very least, I can't think of anywhere in LA that doesn't have AC. So old and bare minimum of what a hotel should be. Would definitely not stay again.

Room next to a noisy restaurant kitchen (dishes cluttering loudly), window blinds broken and stuck, shower broken, deposit charged and took a hell long to return it

The property was fairly old. Basically you get what you pay for. The staff was decent. The overall appeal of the establishment was a bit outdated.

This is the lowest quality hotel that I have ever stayed in. It had no air conditioning during a 100 degree day. When I asked for an additional fan, the staff was rude. Do not waste your money at this place.

Just don't get a room facing the street
Great location in the middle of Beverly hills. Room is a bit dated but it's nearly 100 years old so you have to accept that acquaintance. Only complaint was the shade did not go all the way down so a bit of city noise throughout the night but nothing like being in Manhattan. Great rate in a vintage Hotel and would gladly stay here again

The only good thing is the location. Mold in the bathroom, No air conditioning and the air was bad. slept only a few hours and checked out at 7 am because I couldn’t bare it any longer. I’ve paid $150. Disgraceful.

I would leave this hotel 0 stars if I could. The office reeked of marijuana when the sliding glass partition was opened by the front desk clerk. Someone was openly doing drugs on the front patio by the entrance. The building and room are old and have had no updates at all. The room didn’t have curtains, just basic blinds. I had to smell the pillows because I didn’t trust they were even clean. We left almost immediately and got a room somewhere else. Stay away from this place, especially if you are with your family.
