Great location and price

Great location for the promenade and the theatre. Great restaurants and activities to do in the area. Check in smooth and staff really friendly and helpful. Yes, the interior could do with some work but the room was a great size, lots of light and airy.

Clean and simple solo room, no fuss and ideal for what was needed for a single night stay. Bed was a bit creaky but comfortable none the less! I didn't have breakfast. The only minor headache was nobody being around initially when I went to check in abour 8.30pm, and phone signal wasn't good to get hold of anyone. My fault for not reading the booking instructions and contacting the hotel in advance for a slightly later check in time. Somebody came after a short while but clearly they had a bit of a trek from where the bell rang!

Great stay.

Enjoyed our stay here at the Manor Hotel. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we required. Nice view of the sea and out across to the Great Orme from the bedroom window. Would stay here again.

Located in very ideal location but no parking , however, if you are lucky you will find free street parking. Overall hotel was fine but guests in the room above perhaps kids jumping on floor until 12:30 ruined our good night sleep and hence ruined our early morning walk to catch sun rise. Interior could be better.

Worst stay which i will report to concerned Agency and hotels com, Even though i told i was arriving late and guy confirmed he will be at property to open door, no one let b me entered the property, luckily some other first allowed the every, Room and hotel is shabke, not all mattress were proper, broken matterss , broken chester drawer, smelly and mouldy room and bathroom, had to stay as at that hour no other option, there was no showers in morning as bathroom is broken, and hotel guy just have to say sorry, this hotel should be shut down and shouldn't be listed due to safety and hygene issues.

Good location. Clean. I didn’t see anyone on Reception at all until late evening on my last night - entry is done by text/code. No bar. Didn’t bother with breakfast based on reviews. Owners clearly happy to run it “from a distance”. Adequate as somewhere to sleep.

Our family room was clean, sheets and towels were clean, service from the staff (we only saw one person) but he was friendly and helpful. Looks like the hotel has recently been taken over. The breakfast was ok, cereals, pastries, yoghurt, fruit juices and the hot option was just scrambled or boiled egg, the food was a good standard and the overall stay good value for money, great location right in the front, a 10 minute walk into town

Dont stay here

War was described and wat we got was so far off the mark ,i booked a double supervisor room wat we got was below stardard and what we paid,,the curtains poles rusty, curtain stained,the bed was so uncomfortable hardy slept for two nights we stayed, the tv was to low on wall u could see half tv because front bed board stoping the view of tv,the furniture was damage marked ,there was no fire instructions on room door, and had go out for breakfast because they only served continental breakfast, if i new how this stay was going turn out like this wouldn't of book at this hotel,would like refund of wat i paid

Room and hotel clean and tidy pleasant However the curtains fell off the rail Bed was either really hard or too soft as we stayed in the family room Shower was hot however the power was low Breakfast included was a choice of 4 cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastry, toast and egg of your choice very much to my husbands disappointment ready to sit down to a full english

Sadly won’t stay again

The single member of staff I interacted with was friendly and obliging. There was no bath plug when we arrived late on our first night. However, there was no hot water that came through the bath tap or the sink tap. Only hot water through the electric shower. Travelling solo with 2 small children made it difficult to raise any issues. I attempted to ring the hotel from our day out the following day but it said the number was no longer in use. It was a busy and short trip for us but it would have been nice to have had hot water out of the taps. The room on the whole was dated but clean. And as I said the lady that I did have brief interactions with was kind and helpful.

Good partial views for sea and mountains.

Latch to bathroom not working, windows hard to close and to open, missing plug for bathroom so can not take a bath, electric shower bad brand as water change temperature while taking shower ocasionally burning skin. (Shock for kids.)

DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL The Hotel Management is terrible. No one around upon checking In, Breakfast only serves at 1st morning. When you get to your 2nd days at the hotel NO MANAGER, NO BREAKFAST AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE SOUL To deal with you When checking out .. also No Toilet paper available for you. WORST HOTEL EVER

Short weekend break in Llundudno hotel was reasonably priced location is approx 15min walk from town but right on sea front. We had a room with seaview which was nice but matress on our bed was terrible as were the sheets which were too small. However a very nice lady did change them and last night of our stay was better. She also did a lovely towel swan display with red petals

Hotel was ok but expensive for what we got - it’s more like a guest house. No water in the cold tap, no hot water in the hot tap; only 1 socket in the room working, no Wi-Fi in the bedroom & very noisy - could hear everything from the upstairs guests. Very nice people working there though.

I received a call in the morning telling me their card machine was not working could we bring cash to pay? I did not feel this was right, so I took a drive around and from what I saw from the curb side was not pleasing to me, it look untidy and not clean at all. In one way we had an incident occur at home that we had to rush home for so never stayed there. But we received a thank you e mail today?

Not the best.

The hotel itself was clean, towels changed daily, NO hot water in room from sink, shower was like a fountain, it leaked so much, no lift or stair lift access, and we had a pushchair, our room was on the 2nd floor. NO licence to serve alcoholic beverages from the bar, so pretty pointless. We didnt have breakfast, but from what i can see only toast and cereal was avaliable. Apart from the no hot water, and no alcohol, it was reasonable, freshly decorated rooms and exterior of the hotel had a fresh look. Theres much better hotels on the promenade by the looks of others, but for a cheap hotel, just to sleep in nothing else, its ok. We wouldnt return to the manor hotel.

Family room (room 18) Pros: Great location. Free parking all along the road by the hotel which was a plus. Clean towels and other amenities provided daily which was good. Manager helped to carry case up stairs to the room. Sadly they are the only positive things about this hotel. Cons: You could not stay in here with a young child due to it being unsafe. Low level table with a kettle, which we could not use as there was what looked like a dishwasher tablet that had solidified and was stuck inside. So no hot drinks. This was placed right underneath the tv and the plug extender was hanging down mid air next to the kettle! Main double bed badly placed, cannot walk to one side, have to climb over. A random dressing table in the corner that’s difficult to get to which would be better elsewhere next to a mirror. There is a wall mirror but nowhere to place toiletries etc. Curtains with missing hooks so hanging down. Old worn out chair which had to be used as a bedside table due to there only being one table on one side of the main bed. Only one lamp on one side of the bed. Only one mains plug connection on one side of the bed. Basically the double bed is only really fit for one person. Toilet lid broken off the toilet. Shower head poor quality. And no one ever on the desk to report any issues. Just to note we also saw room 17 which is also a family room and the layout was much better with beside tables etc on each side of the bed. We would not stay here again.

Manor hotel stay

Room was not the cleanest especially bathroom. Alot of ants near windows and there were flies everywhere. A number of lights also out. Beds were comfy and no noise disruption
