Staff was amazing. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The hotel if off the main strip so it’s super quiet but still only a mile away from the attractions. Highly recommend!!

The room was very clean. The front desk staff, bartender, and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room after a long day at Dollywood. I left a pair of shoes in my room, and the front desk had them shipped to me with UPS. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
