6/10 Good

High deposit locked by the hotel. Usually you leave card details as a guarantee. When you already paid for the room, this feels a bit weird. Was not able to use the rooftop due to private event. One of the reasons to book this hotel during the summer: pool and rooftop.

8/10 Very good

Overall a very good stay. Staff friendly, property was clean and beautiful. Rooftop pool area fantastic. My only issue were that the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were accessible for anyone to open so we did not use them.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Calimala Milano. The hotel is beautiful, modern and stylish, and the location is perfect for exploring Milan. A special thank you to Soeil at the reception. He was always smiling, polite and incredibly welcoming whenever we saw him. He helped us with our luggage, brought our bags up to our room and personally showed us around the room when we arrived. He was genuinely kind and helpful, and his friendly attitude made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and were extremely happy with our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Calimala Milano.
