Firstly, the images on Wotif do not reflect the room. When we rang Urban Rest they basically said we give you what’s available and not to go by the images! Getting an Uber… they only will pick you up or drop you off opposite the road. That may be ok but this is one of the busiest roads I have seen and drivers do not care! You have to walk to the nearest crossing 250m an and then back up again! This may sound easy but when you’re with two elderly people… it is an impossible task! Very underwhelming!
