Hotel Nizza is an older building, excellent staff, comfortable and only two blocks from Termini Roma and the Metro. Easy walk to and from even with luggage. Typical Italian elevator, only holds two people at a time, but it worked. We had some maintenance issues with the first room but were switched to a new room when it could not be repaired in a timely fashion. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. WiFi worked well. Bed was very comfortable, especially after walking all over Rome! Restaurants close by are excellent. Great base if exploring Rome on your own.

The staff during breakfast was kind of angry if someone made something wrong (according to her). Extremely limited access to parking if you arrive by car. Feels like traveling back in time to eastern parts of Europe in 1982…

Never ever book this property im rome. AC is not there in the rooms. Place is very dingy and shady. Nearby area is very bad as well. We couldn’t sleep all night due to no air conditioning. Were not given any toiletries on the day 1. Please don’t book this property.
