Check in process okay. Rooms look tired and couldndo with a make over, torn curtains and the air conditioner took a while to cool. Mold in the shower that could easily be cleaned. Elevator can only take 2 people at a time. Breakfast is very simple, nothing cooked. Overall, is okay, the ataff is friendly. The best thing is the location, 3 blocks from Termini station.

Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures shown on their website. The photos create the impression of a cozy, charming, and well-maintained hotel, but the reality was completely different. The entire property felt cold, outdated, and very worn down. There was absolutely no resemblance to the warm and inviting atmosphere presented in the promotional photos. Our room was located on the ground floor right next to the reception area, which meant we could hear conversations from the lobby throughout the day and especially during the evening and night. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was poor and uninspiring, with very limited choice and low-quality products. It certainly did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's marketing. On the positive side, the room was reasonably clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the biggest issue was the huge gap between the hotel's online presentation and reality. The photos are highly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition or atmosphere of the hotel in any way. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice, although it was a bit unfortunate that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to be within walking distance of the central station. We would gladly stay here again.

Great hotel great staff! Jacob was the best. I was really disappointed as I took a shower only to find ants crawling on me. Got dressed went downstairs n Jacob attempted to eliminate them. Also, I had thrown my used towels on the floor in order to get new clean towels only to have housekeeping hang up the ones from the floor! DISCUSTING!😬

Hotel Nizza is an older building, excellent staff, comfortable and only two blocks from Termini Roma and the Metro. Easy walk to and from even with luggage. Typical Italian elevator, only holds two people at a time, but it worked. We had some maintenance issues with the first room but were switched to a new room when it could not be repaired in a timely fashion. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. WiFi worked well. Bed was very comfortable, especially after walking all over Rome! Restaurants close by are excellent. Great base if exploring Rome on your own.

The room was poorly heated, but the staff offered us a new room. That room was also poorly heated. Limited warm water in the shower. The staff during breakfast was kind of angry if someone made something wrong (according to her). Extremely limited access to parking if you arrive by car. Feels like traveling back in time to eastern parts of Europe in 1982…
