Cheguei após 12hs de viagem no hotel, fiz o check in e o funcionário pediu para eu ir até o estacionamento pq eu entraria por lá no quarto. Me deu o cartão pra entrar no quarto e um QR Code para entrar no estacionamento. Cheguei de carro e apertei campainha demorou pra atender é um rapaz muito mal educado abriu o primeiro portão e orientou que eu tenho q passar o QR Code pra entrar no estacionamento. O QR Code não passava, então perguntei para o rapaz que ele poderia fazer. Ele falou vc tem q voltar na recepção e pedir pra trocar. Eu falei moço mas são 3hs da manhã e vou ter q dar a volta na quadra a pé? Ele disse q não poderia fazer nada. Então fui sozinha às 3h da manhã até a recepção e o recepcionista falou bem assim. Nossa veio a pé? Pq não passaram radio eu já liberava pq vc já pagou o estacionamento. Aí eu falei olha eu pedi ele disse q não poderia fazer nada q eu teria q ir até aqui pra resolver. Chegando no quarto a coberta com manchas de sangue. Estava frio na noite, mas estava tão cansada que preferi retirar a coberta suja de sangue e tentar dormir. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Após mudar de IBIS para Lieto, notamos uma certa queda na qualidade. O hotel precisa ser mais atento quanto a manutenção dos quartos, e também no treinamento das camareiras. O pessoal da recepção, esses sim, foram muito atenciosos e prestativos, ajudando a resolver os problemas que surgiram em nossa estadia, principalmente a Karen, nos atendeu imediatamente em tudo.

Hotel bem perto de tudo, shopping na parte de cima do hotel,que tem um mercado, da pra comprar água e tudo o que precisar, funcionários bem prestativos, facil acesso, garagem paga a parte 40 reais, mas é coberta, achei falta de touca de banho descartáveis, sabonete, aquele kit basico de hotel, tbm levei vinho para tomarmos no quarto, não tem copo e nem taças,como estou acostumadas em outros hotéis, fomos pedir na recepção, cobraram o valor de 30 da rolha, achei um absurdo, me chateei com isso, café da manhã com bastante opções no cardápio, quartos limpos , roupa de cama tbm !
