8/10 Good
"We had a slight difficult time during check in due to booking through a 3rd party site but once we had an opportunity to speak with the supervisor the first desk employee Mark was amazing and very helpful. He explained he was new and was very helpful, attentive and understanding to our needs once we realized our room upgrade request wasn’t able to be granted at the time. But overall my stay was quiet, pleasant, clean and convenient to the Galleria Mall area with plenty shopping and dining options. There was construction going on next door but we never heard any disturbing noise or anything! I would stay again if I ever traveled back to Houston."

  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Richmond on Hotels.com, start by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute DealsOpens in a new window sections, where you may find discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay updated on flash sales and special promotions, helping you seize opportunities to save. Additionally, Smart ShoppingOpens in a new window is a comparison tool available via the app that allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to see the best options. This way, you'll be informed about any price drops or availability changes for your preferred hotels.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so having some flexibility with your travel dates may help you find a better deal for your stay in a Richmond hotel. If you're in search of something unique, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and can sometimes offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price seems a bit high, we can suggest alternative dates that might be more budget-friendly to help you explore potential savings.
  4. Consider your location: Choosing to stay near major attractions or downtown areas may offer convenience, but it usually tends to come with higher prices. For more budget-friendly options, consider hotels located in less central neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to the sites you wish to visit. You might also look into independent hotels farther out, which can provide a more authentic and often more affordable experience.
