The hotel is excellent — new and clean accommodations, and extremely well located!
You can walk to practically all the main tourist attractions in the city, and if you have a bit of energy, even to those that are a little farther away.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, especially from Saira (I hope I spelled it right 😅), who was kind, friendly, and always available to help us. A special mention: I made a special request for the room, and when we arrived, everything was exactly as agreed. 10/10!
The only points that could be improved — but that do not take away from all the hotel’s great qualities — are the shower box, which is quite small, the two municipal trash bins almost right in front of the hotel entrance, and the pool, which could be heated since it’s outdoors — that would make it much more enjoyable.

It's a solid choice, located in a convenient part of the city. The room was clean and nice. They don't have iron in the room. You have to request it from the front desk, and apparently they have only one, which I think is odd.

The staff was very pleasant, and the working area on the 12th floor was quite nice. However, I am not sure a single door in the entire building was properly installed, and there was very little insulation.
We did not get restful sleep, as doors would rattle constantly, and every time another guest left their room, their door would slam, and echo down the hallway.
Additionally, we were on the 5th floor, and heard extremely strange noises -- like construction -- intermittently the entire time. It would often sound like someone moving heavy furniture, and then lots of rhythmic tapping/metallic sounds.
