The location is great, the breakfast was great and that's about it. The rooms are so old and the fact that the rooms furthur to the back are used less and they don't run the ac when not in use causes a lot is mildew and mole smell. Horrible.

The hotel is too far from the downtown, but is closer to the beach and local shopping. The room is confortable, but the bathroon is old and dirty. The external area is very goog with many trees and animals like turkeys, peacocks. It was a nice stay.

Chegamos e os atendentes não nos ajudaram a retirar as malas do carro, o hotel colocou pequenos pedaços de madeira ao redor do local de circulação de carros, é impossível abrir a porta ou manobrar o carro sem atingir uma madeira. Os quartos são distantes da recepção e não possuem interfone para se comunicar. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar

Ao chegar ao local foi decepcionante, pois tinha um cano ao invés de uma ducha , o parque estava aparentando estar abandonado, estava previsto ficarmos os sete dias , não conseguimos , voltamos 1 dia antes , havia 2 piscinas grandes a primeira estava menos suja , a do final não existia a possibilidade de utilização , o quarto com um ar condicionado que não gela o quarto apenas o teto, tinha três camas , camas ruins ,muitos mosquitos e pernilongos , impossível dormir tranquilamente, quanto a limpeza péssima, entravam no quarto apenas pra olhar e jogar as cobertas em cima da cama, banheiro sujo, nem lavavam o mesmo, alguns atendentes foram muito gentis como a moça do café e o rapaz que fizemos a entrada no hotel. A única coisa boa foi o café da manhã, porém os valores pagos nas refeições foram totalmente desproporcionais, a quantidade das porções não atendiam ao valor, comer na praia nos barzinhos compensava muito mais pois os valores eram justos, as fotos para a compra da estadia não condizia com a realidade o que salvou nossas férias de fato foi a praia .

Promete e não cumpre.
Quando cheguei na quarta feira ás 23:30 formos direcionados a suíte, só tinha duas toalhas. No dia seguinte reclamos com o gerente. Ele disse que iria resolver. O vaso sanitário tbm não funciona perfeitamente, temos que juntar água e jogar no vaso para o número dois descer, pedir ao gerente e na foi feito. Todos os dia desde quarta feira temos que ficar implorando para fazer a limpeza da suite. Olhe que já estar pago, estou sentindo que fui lesado.
