Hotel looks very modern. The room is equipped with brand new furniture and all works well. The staff is so kind and helpful. Only issue I had is the noise done by other rooms upstairs. I have very positive to this hotel

The place was pretty and immaculate. They only give one key. Needed help getting in every time we left. The key never worked. You need the key to make the electricity work. That means no charging anything while you’re out. No cooling the room for your return. It is a short walk to the famous Stairs. There are no windows in the rooms.

Not for light sleepers or folks with back pain,
The hotel is located in a party area, so there’s lots of noise from neighboring bars, especially on Friday and Saturday until a lesser degree Sunday nights. The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable. The area felt safe, but it is very isolated from the rest of Rio. The area lacks grocery stores and convenience stores, so it wasn’t helpful having a kitchenette when I had nowhere to buy groceries.The towels were very poor quality . The elevator broke down during my stay, so I had to relocate to a lower floor. They graciously accommodated that request. Unfortunately, when I got to the new room, there was no bidet, no hangers for the clothes, and no safe. I understand that elevators break down, but there’s no logical explanation for them to have inconsistencies in the amenities from one identical room to the next. The staff was great, but it would be nice if they had more English proficiency to accommodate tourism.

Hotel moderno e funcional. Quarto super limpo, nos atendeu muito bem. Fica no coração da lapa, vários bares e restaurantes perto. Região boêmia, não espere tranquilidade e silêncio, mas não tivemos problemas de muito barulho, ficamos num apto de fundos. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar lá!

Estadia prática e bem localizada no coração da lapa, dá pra ir andando para maioria dos bares e festas da gegião. Tem uma minicozinha no quarto que facilita muito a vida de quem precisa esquentar uma água para um café rápido, já que o hotel não tem serviço de café da manhã. Outro ponto maravilhoso é que eu tive o problema ter teu um chuveiro excessivamente quente e solicitei ajuste na recepção e eles trocaram o chuveiro e eu passei a conseguir regular a temperatura, resolveram rápido meu problema e depois disso tive uma estadia tranquila.
