Easily walkable, buses are only a few blocks away, and the actual apartment was clean.

We booked this place because of the nice photos advertised online, but it was disappointing. The room was very rundown and not well kept. Windows inside the room couldn’t lock which felt very unsafe.
The room itself was not clean - bedsheets and towels were grey and stained, and we also saw bugs on the bed. Water pressure was so low, we could hardly rinse shampoo out.
Also, there was no washing machine inside the room as described. The only washer was outside and was shared with the entire building. It was often occupied by the staff and usually full of sheets and towels. If you want clean towels during your stay, they ask you to pay extra.
Honestly, Buenos Aires has so many good and affordable options. Don’t waste your money here.

Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos como en casa. El alojamiento estaba impecable, limpio, muy bien cuidado y con una energía acogedora que se agradece cuando viajás en familia.
