I was very impressed with the professional and courteous service of Mr Anand Chaudhary of IHG at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi. Due to his excellent service our experience from the front desk to the hotel check in became smooth and hassle free. We also enjoyed our experience at the breakfast table. A kind tall lady ( Do not have her name) made us welcomed and served us freshly cooked omelettes. Our overall experience with this hotel was great. I wish these individuals good luck.
