The property itself is fantastic, and the staff are very helpful. The biggest issue during my stay was the Wi-Fi—it didn’t work well on any of my iOS devices. Additionally, the on-site laundry facilities only accept coins; the app didn’t work, and it was very difficult for me to get change.

Overall I got impressed with the place it was way beyond what I was imagined. It was my husband first time in chile and having this place so nice and clean with amazing areas makes our trip memorable! So thank you for such a nice facility we will definitely stay back there again! 10/5 stars

Beautiful rooms. Very clean. One big drawback for me was no air conditioning in the sleeping rooms. Only the main living area had air conditioning. Had to sleep with bedroom door open and it did not cool enough

It was nice. Well maintained. However, they lost a start because Sunday no one came to exrcute room service and i had to initiate same to no avail. The Monday morning this was then available despite me requesring.
Also, they have an issue with using Debit cards not fully stated on their website; hence charging more with the use of Visa depit cards.

The property had just opened and everything was brand new. The room was very spacious and the staff was super helpful. However, we requested repeatedly that they clean the balcony and that they take away the trash (which they haven’t for 2 days) and they were not able to do this. The sofa bed is not very comfortable and is like a thin mattress on the floor.

Dystopian nightmare. Ridiculous levels of technology required to enter. Two locked doors and a receptionist to get in. Facial recognition demanded but not necessary. To use the hotel an app needs to be downloaded, but you need a cellphone and WhatsApp to get it. The laundry is falsely advertised. There is no washing machine in the room, and laundry is not included. It also needs an app downloaded, but doesn't work. The hotel doesn't have coins, so I had to go out to different restaurants trying to get change to due laundry. There is no phone, so anytime I needed something, I needed to go to reception. The breakfast was bad. Runny eggs and dirty tables not cleared. All this technology did nothing to improve anything. It only wasted a ton of my time. I will never stay here again. And the room was noisy from the street, even on the ninth floor.

Our stay at Spot Suites was absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.
We arrived after a long flight, checking in well after midnight, and the process was an absolute breeze. A special shout out to Fernando and Ernand for their help! The hotel is incredibly modern and chic, and we loved the convenience of 24-hour digital access.
The location in Las Condes is perfect—very safe and upscale, with an amazing selection of restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores all just a short walk away.
Our apartment was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. After a week of exploring the city, it truly began to feel like our own home, which is exactly what you want from a longer stay.
To be fully transparent, there were just a couple of minor things to note: the laundry machines didn't accept our international card, but the operator was so kind and graciously gave us a free wash and dry! Also, be sure to bring your own washcloths or loofahs, as only bath towels are provided. The kitchen was great, but could have used one dishcloth.
These were very small points in what was otherwise a flawless experience. All in all, Spot Suites provided incredible value and comfort. We had a very positive experience and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends!

Las ventanas tienen black out que esta muy mal pensado, por lo que en la mañana temprano entra mucha luz. Estan construyendo una torre al lado, los ruidos son bastante intensos desde temprano todo el día hasta las 6pm.

No sé si se define como hotel o como que. Ya que por ejemplo no tiene (o al menos en mi caso) servicio de limpieza a diario. No repusieron elementos de higiene, que son bien escasos para 2 personas, sin que realizara el reclamo.
Luego las instalaciones son muy lindas, el depto. es nuevo y confortable, el desayuno estuvo muy bien, buena variedad de comida y limpieza. No utilice el resto de las instalaciones. En la recepción nos adelantaron el ingreso 1 hora (igual es tarde in 16hs. – out 11hs.).
Muy valorable la ubicación en el que se encuentra, cercano al parque y al mall.
