Jul 25, 2026Had a wonderful stay at KOKO Hotel, The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance of Dotonbori, plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, shopping areas, and nearby train stations, making it very easy to explore Osaka. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Osaka!

- Great location and laundry is available in some larger rooms.
- Hotel is just over a year old and is fairly new.
- There is a tablet in the rooms to help travelers plan as well.
Cons:
- Cost can vary by hundreds of dollars per night depending on time of week/year though, so be careful.
- Very busy location. Lots of noise from the street and nearby highway.

Mar 7, 2026There is a 7/11 right next door. It’s couple blocks away for the popular boat ride area, and right in front of an underground tunnel entrance for two different train lines. This place was super convenient and very clean. I’ll stay here every time I’m in Osaka.
