The room (pod) was clean and fresh, and surprisingly quiet, the one downside was the temp even with the air con on, it was hot.
The showers, and toilets see clean and staff were efficient.
But where else in London can you get room in central London for £30

Cocoon capsules are not for the claustrophobic, but once you are over the enclosed nature, and the clambering to get in to the capsules, the actual bed is very comfortable. The little fan that brings air in is a bit noisy, but as it is “white noise” it shouldn’t affect your sleep.

I was initially hesitant about staying at the Zedwell Capsule Hotel due to the size of the capsules themselves. However, I needn't have worried. The capsule was snug, safe and warm - exactly what I wanted for my two night stay in London. The location is unbeatable if you are wanting to explore the West End. All the staff I encounted were polite, courteous and helpful. The bathroom/shower area was clean and you never needed to wait/queue to use the facilities despite the hotel appearing to be very busy and full indeed. I will certainly be booking to go back for another stay.

Capsule was really dirty and filled with dust. Elevators were not working. On the other side, the staff was really polite and helpful, bathrooms were clean.

Expect less space than in military barracks. Building under refurbish so no outside looks. Big difference with the standard rooms, which are in another building with a bar and lobby. Here there is no lobby, just a very small area for checkin. The capsules are connected via steep stairs that don’t allow you to open a small suitcase properly. At least it’s decently clean

Was super clean, pod and bathrooms. Liked the security aspects, both lockable areas, entry and people.
Pod had everything you needed, a cosy space and roomier than expected.
Location 10 secs walk from Piccadilly Circus was second to none.
Guests respectful of sleep time.
Staff felt were there to help.
Small suggestion, could there be a hot drinks vending machine too?
To my great surprise, am a pod/capsule/cocoon/coffin convert! Can’t wait to return.
