"We nice person at reception and give haram view room. Overall very good experience"
Pullman Zamzam Madina
"Good location. Room service didn’t arrive for hours and on one occasion it took them a day. Take your own cutlery we rarely received it when we requested some. In the end we gave up and stopped asking. Housekeeping did attempt to come into my room despite it being locked from inside. The staff member despite me calling out and clearly the room being locked continued to try and bang the door open 3 times. As the door was on a latch, it did not fully open however it was unacceptable especially for me as I am a female. If you dialling for any services, option 0 the male operators had a better understanding of English whereas with the female operators, they struggled. We received towels instead of toilet paper and other times our requests were ignored. Luckily the house keeping boys were always close by to be able to ask them directly. Overall it is close to Masjid Nabawi and good access for the men but as a female I would definitely recommend Millenium Taiba as their service was 10/10"
