Lovely location and nice appartment standard. When we checked in, the booking team had messed up and not registered our booking at all. They scrambled to find us a room, but we had to switch halfway through our stay due to their mistake, which was frustrating. First solution was actually two switches, however after chasing them twice they managed to only do one switch. Disappointing that we had to chase them, instead of they proactively solving it for us or in any other way providing some benefits on the back of their mistake. We think this says alot about the management and hence cannot recommend to stay here as it is a risk they will not know you are coming :)
NB: check-out is ridicolously early at 10am. The staff was able to accomodate a late check-out after asking twice which was very helpful.

First of all the stuff was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very modern and nice. The only real downside was the fact, that the towels were dirty. In our first room the towels and part of the sheets were not properly cleaned. In our second room ( we had to switch rooms because of a booking problem) the towel in the kitchen had not been changed. I believe it is a problem with the towel provider or the washing company. But I feel I have to adress it. Apart from this, the place is nice.

O staff era maravilhoso e super prestativo. O apartamento muito bom, limpo, com bastante armários e nichos para colocar as coisas. Ideal para umas duas pessoas. Única observação é que havia muitos mosquitos (creio que devido à época do ano, verão, eles apareçam mais), mas a equipe logo arranjou repelente elétrico e aerosol. Também observei pequenas baratinhas (uma no banheiro e outra na cozinha, talvez seja necessário reforçar a Dedetizaçao do local).

Das Zimmer und das Bad sind relativ klein, insbesondere das Bett war viel zu klein und wingekeilt an drei Seiten, man muss also übereinander rübersteigen und die Wand hat eine Kante, an der man sich stößt.
Die küche war preiswert eingerichtet aber ok.
Die Lage in Sea Point ist super, aber die Straße sehr laut!
