Unlike many short term rental flats in the area, our flat at TheGraf was modern, clean, and immaculately presented. My only gripe was the lack of a late checkout option, but I do understand why that may be the case given there are no staff on site - independent contractors likely need to clean all flats over a short period between check-out and check-in instead. Overall had a great stay at TheGraf.

Had some issues. The bins were not emptied from previous guests, they smelt. I did ask for them to be emptied but no one ever came to do this despite being advised that they would. There was no bedding supplied for the sofa bed. Under the sofa bed was filthy. Otherwise it's a great location and was easy to check in and out.

Verrauchtes Zimmer

Die Unterkunft war völlig zugeraucht und vor dem Fenster lagen noch die ganzen Zigarettenstummel vom Vormieter. Der Geruch war einfach eine Zumutung. Weshalb man die Duschstange nicht höher setzen kann, sodass der Vorhang nicht auf dem Boden schleift, ist mir ein Rätsel. Auch die Tatsache, dass ein riesiges Doppelbett im Raum steht und es damit zu einer Bettenburg umfunktioniert, ist mehr als schade.
