Poca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perché c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO.
