Hotel très bien situé dans Rome. Personnel serviable et aimable. Chambre familiale agréable. Si vous avez l'option "petit-déjeuner" gratuit, il est à prendre dans un bar proche de l'hotel : les serveurs y sont très gentils.

Reasonable hotel, convenient location.
Finding the hotel was confusing. The street is one block long and there is no sign for the hotel.
There are several "hotels" in the same building, and the office for Montecitorio was reached by an elevator in the back. The elevator floors and the hotel floors don't match up, so we had to search for the office. Room was accessed from a different elevator, which was either a half-flight up or down from the elevator.
Room was small, but clean and adequate. Bathroom was small. Toilet leaked on floor.

Og vores værelse havde tagterrasse.
Eneste kritik er at det larmer når der bliver åbnet for vandet. Også i andre lejligheder

Kun sentral beliggenhet. Stedet forøvrig var ikke bra. «Gratis» frokost var kun kaffe og te med vannkoker på rommet. Det er altså IKKE gratis frokost. Rommene var svært trange og ukomfortable. Vi hadde bestilt to rom og ble plassert i hvert vårt bygg... kommer ikke tilbake dit.

Detta hotel har det bästa läget men där tar det slut. Vi fick ett väldigt litet rum. Fick inte plats med resväskan någonstans alls förutom på sängen så ni förstår kanske själva hur trångt det var. Städningen och skicket var under all kritik bra. Vill man bo centralt och ett tråkigt hotel så boka detta.

Virkelig central beliggenhed, men en smule svær at komme til og fra. Findes på 3. Sal og elevatoren var ude af drift da vi skulle hjem, så kufferterne skulle bæres ned fra 3. Sal.
Ingen morgenmadsmulighed, delvis reception, mgl. pære nåede ikke frem og madrassen i den ene seng var smadret i indmaden så det var en frygtelig oplevelse. Personalet var meget søde, meget nye og der skete ikke så meget, så intet blev fixet mens vi var der.

la posizione è ottima .. la camera era buona. Ma in bagno mancava il sapone per lavarsi le mani, il lavandino teneva l'acqua e non si riusciva a svuotarlo, la porta della doccia veniva fuori e lasciava uscire l'acqua in camera

Pros: Convenient location. The place is clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Very small, outdated furniture. The wall unit A/C is so outdated and it does not cool the hot temperatures much. We complained to the front desk multiple times but were told: " the temperature outside was hot but the A/C was working properly". Believe me, we know what is called a properly functional A/C. We were miserably hot and sweaty inside the room.

la résidence, très bien. pour le reste, rues mal indiquées, plan de la ville pas pratique du tout, déplacements très difficiles quand on ne parle pas la langue, personnel "officiel" pas vraiment aimable, en revanche les gens de la rue sont hyper gentils et n'hésitent pas à faire des détours pour vous aider beaucoup de temps perdu à essayer de s'y retrouver pour trouver son chemin

O Hotel estava num momento de troca da administração. Estavam muiito perdidos e desorganizados para nos receber.
Eu fiquei em dois períodos nesta viagem, no primeiro as moças da limpeza muito desagradáveis, chegando ate a serem grosseiras.
Na segunda vez, o hotel nao estava limpo ou organizado como ha quatro anos atras , periodo que me hospedei.
Recepção não chega cedo e tive que pagar a noite. A maquina do cartao estava quebrada e eu tive que sair na cidade para procurar um banco para retirar dinheiro. ABSURDOOOOO
REALMENTE MINHA ESTADIA NESTE PERIODO NAO FOI NADA BEM.
Espero q eles melhorem pois a localização do hotel é EXCELENTE. Por isto retornei desta vez.

Établissement très propre et très bien situé mais pas facile à trouver la 1ère fois. Je remercie l'internaute qui a donné le truc: les portes vertes entre 2 colonnes à côté de Timberland. Par contre la gestion de cet hôtel vieillot est scandaleuse ! Dès notre arrivée on nous réclame la taxe de séjour ! Nous entrons dans notre chambre, le climatiseur goutte sur 1 serviette jetée au sol et déjà bien trempée.Nous demandons à ce qu' il soit réparé. Impossible 1 dimanche! Changer de chambre? Impossible, il n'y aura 1 chambre libre que la veille de notre départ. Sur 3 nuits nous en avons passé 2 avec un ploc- ploc désagréable. Le technicien n'est bien sûr jamais venu ! La veille de notre départ quand,enfin,on nous change de chambre l'employé de la réception nous fait le chantage à la clef. Pas de taxe pas de clef ! J'insiste impossible ! Je réclame une facture.Il me donne une vague page de carnet tamponnée devant nous! Nous avons eu une très belle chambre et d'autres malchanceux ont dormi avec le ploc - ploc ! A fuir donc ! Dommage car les femmes de ménage par contre étaient professionnelles et aimables.

l'hotel est très bien situé au milieu du centre historique et donc touristique de Rome. l'accueil et le personnel est agréable. par contre il a fallu demander 3 fois pour avoir des lits twin avant qu'il accède à notre demande. le refrigérateur de la chambre 225 ne fonctionne pas et le tuyau de la douche fui beaucoup rien d'insurmontable mais quand même. après je ne parle pas de la brosse des WC qu'il ne faut pas bouger car gare à l'odeur. le seul autre hic a été nos voisins de chambres qui faisaient un raffut en bougeant les meubles à longueur de temps en laissant la télé allumée jusqu'à pas d'heure (plus de 2 heures du matin) mais ça malheureusement l'hotel n'y peut rien. Par contre la clim était un vrai bonheur quand on rentrait d'une journée sous la chaleur.

The hotel is at 5 min from Trevi Fountain .it is a small hotel perfect for couples. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. I will definitely stay with them again .

Good for a cheap short stay in Rome if you’re only using it for sleeping. Room was very tiny and backed onto a very noisy street. Shower also not good for any large person. Luckily both of us are small, but even we struggled. Strange set up involving lifts and stairs and then more stairs as well. Never stayed in anything like it before all locked up by 8pm. Was very clean though and staff very friendly and accommodating.
