No major complaints, just thought it was an average stay.
The good: pretty setting, located within 5 min of Silver Dollar City, they did have little things in the kitchen to make it convenient if you forgot something and were cooking (ie: ziploc bags, tin foil, a few spices), there is a Dollar General within 5 minutes, pool area was nice, and laundry was VERY clean (but bring your own quarters and detergent, nothing there to buy & no change available).
Poor: the ceiling fan in our room was covered in dust, everything else was clean. There is no one onsite to help you - no extra clean towels, you’ll have to wash yourself if you need more. We stayed a week, so this was inconvenient and it did cost because there is no in-room laundry. It appears as though there is someone on site to help you because there is a main office. However, if you go to the office during their limited 9 to noon hours, they’ll look at you like you have 15 heads and will simply tell you they don’t run the rentals. Nothing more. You’re on your own to figure out answers to any questions you may have.
If you’ve stayed here before and know what to expect it would still just be an average stay.
Nothing spectacular. Nothing absolutely terrible.
