Fantastic property, sad we had it for just a night but was definitely worth the stay. A bit loud with the location and hot with the summer, but is extremely close to everything.

Stay away!
We got a room that did not match the bookings at all. It was a very little room, no place to store the cloth, the bathroom was on a very cold floor and shower head could not be placed on the wall because the system for it was broken. Only one bed lamp for reading and this was so wobbly that I could break totally.
Complain about the standard of the room does not help “because we a fully booked”
The pictures on the hotel webpage do not show what you get.

Eşim ve ben bu otelde 4 gece konakladık. Fiyat/kalite olarak tavsiye edilir. Otel metro tramvay gibi toplu taşıma araçlarına çok yakın mesafedededir. Kaldığımız odanın yatakları ve temizliği çok iyi idi. Çalışan personel Ayhan ve Demir bey her konuda bize yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzlü Ayşegül hanımın hazırladığı kahvaltı, kendi elleri ile yaptığı portakalı kek ve poğaçaları çok lezzetli idi. Serpme kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Bir daha Viyana’ya gelirsem bu otelde kalmayı düşünüyorum

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Negativ ist aufgefallen, dass die Duschwand, die Klimaanlage und der Feuermelder kaputt waren. Außerdem wurde das Hotel inklusive Frühstück angeboten. Vor Ort wurde uns allerdings gesagt dass wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben und es pro Person 13€ pro Tag kosten würde.
Das einzige positive war, dass das Personal sehr nett war und das Bett bequem war.
