The front desk staff were excellent. We had early starts for tours and since breakfast started at 7:30am, they delivered a boxed meal the previous night. The rooms were very clean and the central location was great.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, great staff! This hotel is Perfect!
The downfall is that they will offer you breakfast however you have to go out of the hotel to get it. Don’t pay for their breakfast but instead walk around and enjoy the multitude of breakfast places around!

Great location close to all major sightseeing spots. Easy access to public transportation, including the tram to Belém. The hotel is near a metro station and within walking distance of two main train stations. Excellent hospitality and very clean rooms.
The hotel is a bit pricey, but the location and service help justify the cost. We booked two rooms—one for my spouse and me, and another for our kids. The kids’ room faced Rua Augusta and was loud, with street noise lasting until around midnight, while our room at the back was very quiet.
Tip: Request a back-facing room if you plan to nap during the day or sleep early.

Great place in a central location. The hotel is on a pedestrian street with close proximity to many restaurants and bars. Staff was friendly and nice clean rooms. Would stay there again.

The friendliest and best staff ever! Rooms are small but clean and we were lucky to get a room with a balcony, facing the arch. Good breakfast was downstairs in the same building, at another restaurant. Location is great, in the middle of everything but it was still quiet in the room. We loved our stay here!

The best location for a hotel in Lisbon. Clean rooms and very quiet . The staff was exceptional. Lorraine was the best in helping us with everything from restaurant reservations to assisting us with bus transportation. I’m recommending this hotel to my friends and my son and his wife on their honeymoon next year.

Friendly staff and great location. The room was ok, there was a small window towards the tiny courtyard and a mirror was broken in the room and covered with a plastic bag so not supercosy. Lots of stairs and during our stay, the elevator was down. But there were strong staff members to carry the luggage. The location is excellent.
