So so experiences.

Cleaning was just ok. Bathroom terrible. They offer AC but when you arrived you have to pay 10 euros per day to toun on de AC. The unique proper value it's well located. The remains very poor.

Meh... Probably could've found better

It was ok, not sure that I'd stay again. The area was nice and close to a lot but overall communication and check-in experience weren't great. Make sure you read the fine print, some things aren't in the general description that should be and it's frustrating. Overall it was decent, not great and not the worst place I've stayed but the few things that were bad would keep me from booking here again.

Communication was good since beginning. 5 rooms with 8 people in the apartment. One of the shower was blocked, and water ran everywhere after we unknowningly had the shower (according to one of the lo.g term tenants it has been there for ages).

In the amenities list when i pick the hotel said the room had AC and when we arrived the property have not AC they rent us a fan for 10€ per day and i think is not fair because they send me a message the check in day explaining me the rules of the property and the charges of each thing, and that’s not fair because i pick a property with the services they show in the beginning so i think is not fair, the rest is a good place in a very good barcelona area.

Dije varias veces que el wifi no funciona y no hicieron nada - no fue mi móvil, cuando conecte al wifi dije que ‘no hay conexión al internet’. Solo me dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico por 2 semanas- cuando solo tuve 3 días más dejaron 2 mas pero ya había comprado más. Tuve que comprar jabón de manos también.
