Excellent hotel with many sights within walking distance. Had a great 4 nights there, we were able to leave luggage before check in which was good.

Very enjoyable stay here. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. However, I wasn't aware you could open the full length mirror to find the hair dryer inside until I asked at reception. Would be good if there was maybe a little sign indicating that. The staff were very nice and polite, and the cleaning staff were very respectful. The location is superb and I would be happy to stay here again.

Room was very dirty, smelled like mold/mildew. Pillows were dripping wet. Decided to go to Bangkok early, the manager told us they would provide a refund, but when we submit they Expedia they renegged. Absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Improve the beds and become faultless
The only negative points were the beds, the main double bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Our daughter had a Z bed which is normally sprung under the mattress, in this case is twas wooden board which made it hard.
The staff were amazing, ans the rooms were immaculate.

Location right in the middle of every thing short walk to most places for food and markets and all ways took tooks out the front and the staff are supe helpfull.

This property was great for a basic stay, the fact that breakfast was included and offered a free airport shuttle was a great bonus. Is a good no frills hotel that needs a bit of an update.

Wish the pool had more seating and served drinks. It’s a bit noisy at night. Place is very clean and the staff is nice. The a/c works great.

The location is perfectly right at the Main Gate of the old town. It is the spot where all major events take place. Hotel is nice, big room, staff working hard to please. Breakfast buffet is good and the gym is adequate for a couple of days :-)
