Check in staff where super friendly and helpful and where able torecommend and book a elephant sanctury tour for me.
Breakfast was nice.
Pool and gym where both clean and pleasant :D

Really like the location of this hotel!
In Old Chiang Mai, by the moat and just steps away from the Sunday Night Market! Good restaurants and drinks near by. Great walking location. Room was comfortable! Good breakfast buffet was also included. Nice pool to relax by. Great value and location!

However, I wasn't aware you could open the full length mirror to find the hair dryer inside until I asked at reception. Would be good if there was maybe a little sign indicating that. The staff were very nice and polite, and the cleaning staff were very respectful. The location is superb and I would be happy to stay here again.

The only negative points were the beds, the main double bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Our daughter had a Z bed which is normally sprung under the mattress, in this case is twas wooden board which made it hard.
The staff were amazing, ans the rooms were immaculate.

Feb 10, 2026on arrival room had a strong chemical smell that caused us eye irritation and irritated our lungs. I suspected chemicals used in floor cleaning. on complaint staff washed the floor with wet cloths which seemed to fix it. tv does not work and staff could not get it going. This hotel is old. Best aspect was a good breakfast menu. cheap stay but if you can afford a few extra bucks stay away.
