The hotel located at the Heart of Lisbon and was very convenient to get around Lisbon. The breakfast was super healthy and staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is very stylish with big, clean room and comfy bed. We couldn’t find any negatives. All was perfect for our stay!

Nossa estadia no Once Upon Lisboa foi incrível. Deixo muitos elogios a toda staff do hotel. Chegamos um pouco antes do nosso check-in e o recepcionista Pedro já liberou o nosso quarto. A estrutura é nova e de ótima localização. Eu e minha noiva não vemos a hora de voltar a Lisboa para ficarmos no Once novamente.
