8/10 Very good

A good location and easy walking distance to the Saigon Centre and the Ben Thanh Market The staff were friendly & helpful and the room was clean & comfortable but there were just a couple of tweaks to make it excellent: Hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels/robes/clothes Breakfast was very limited and everything took a long time to action - for example they ran out of bread & I requested some more - it took almost 20mins to replenish!

I really enjoyed my stay here , the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was included in my stay and it was very enjoyable, fresh coffee and a variety of choices. The staff day and night were very attentive and friendly. I highly recommended this hotel and the location is perfect.

The room was excellent- clean, comfortable and plenty of space. The bathroom in particular was great as the toilet was in a separate space so multiple people could use the bathroom at one time. Breakfast was mainly ordered fresh- highly recommend the banh mi skillet! The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk to most major attractions.

A very modern but comfortable and spacious room. Great location. Staff were friendly and professional. Good choice of dishes at breakfast but often ran out of fresh fruit, which was replenished when asked. Would recommend.

This place had a great selection of breakfast that was included with our stay. It was conveniently located near numerous places to eat and drink, about a 10 to 15 mins walk. The staff was super friendly and helpful ! I think the young man's name was Eric, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The interior design was stunning, staff were very friendly and rooftop bar was a great place to have all to myself! Advice: make use of it at least once if you have time.

I was extremely impressed by the staff at this hotel. Every person I interacted with was highly professional, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted me with arranging a transport from the airport to the hotel in advance of my arrival and it went very smoothly. I really appreciated that the team here went above and beyond throughout my stay!

I loved this modern, clean & super friendly hotel, I have long thick hair & judge hotels by the shower! The shower at the Icon was the best I have ever used!!! For that along I would give the hotel 10* 😃 (the toilet was also excellent!!) Hotel located quite near district 1 centre & I found it easy to navigate around. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great which a good variety to choose from. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it looked great. I would definitely recommend xx

New property, we were one of the first one’s to stay. We loved the projector movie experience, electric toilet and updated rooms. The only negative thing was the road noise, otherwise it was overall great. Eric and staff were helpful.
