Infelizmente o hotel não cumpriu com o tipo de quarto pago/reservado no site. O problema começou quando estávamos a caminho de búzios e recebemos uma ligação cancelando a reserva.Ao chegarmos no hotel fomos informados de que o quarto reservado havia tido um pequeno problema.
Problema esse que não impediu o uso de outros hospedes. Os funcionários da recepção foram extremamente ríspidos ao serem questionados e alegaram que, a culpa seria do site onde reservamos a hospedagem, ou seja, dos hotéis.com e não nos deram outra alternativa que não fosse a de um quarto inferior ao que pagamos.
Inclusive sugiro que, os funcionários do hotel passem por algum tipo de treinamento. Ambos estavam perdidos diante da situação e alegaram que essa era a primeira vez em que o hotel estava com ocupação quase que máxima e eles não estavam preparados. Ou seja, ficou visível tamanho despreparo. Ainda por conta da ocupação maior que a de costume, faltou coberta. A coberta fornecida pelo hotel é insuficiente. Sem dúvidas foi a pior hospedagem que tivemos em Búzios até a data de hoje. O hotel é bonito, bem decorado, mas deixa a desejar no quesito funcionamento. Sobre o café da manhã, foi o único ponto positivo. O restaurante que serve o café da manhã é terceirizado, talvez esse seja o motivo. Funcionários educados e pró ativos, café da manhã simples, porém saboroso.
