I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The check-in process was so efficient—I didn’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork, and the staff processed everything in just a few minutes. The front desk staff were extremely polite; they greeted me with a smile and made sure I knew how to use the hotel’s amenities, like the Wi-Fi and the gym. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch as well— the bed was made perfectly, the windows were clean (so I could enjoy a great view), and the bathroom had no signs of dirt at all. I really enjoyed my stay here. The location in Dongshankou is perfect for tourists, there are many tourist friendly restaurants and cafes nearby and the metro is a short walk. The staff kindly let me check in early. After I had been on a plane all night, i appreciated it so much! Thank you. The breakfast was the best I had in China. Big selection of chinese and western food. I really liked the eggs and sausages. And the pastries. Thank you. The cleaning lady kindly spoke to me in english and asked if i need my room cleaned, thank you for cleaning my room you do a great job. The only problem, this room smells very badly of cigarettes, it needs some kind of treatment to remove the smell. Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel for foreign tourists. 👌
