The buffet is the best way to enjoy Filipino food and a host of other type. The restaurant food and service are well worth the outstanding taste and happy staff. The scene is relaxing. The shopping in-house is reasonable. You just don't have to leave. You'll come back again. We will."

"I stayed at a couple of different places in Mactan. The Grand Golden Hotel will be my "goto" in the future. It's not fancy but is super clean and comfortable at a great price. It offers a wide variety of on premise services like a pool, gym, restaurant, spa and airport shuttle. Room amenities are limited to a few snacks. The staff was terrific. I loved the ambience and view from the roof-top restaurant. It's a great place to unwind right before or after a flight into Cebu. For longer stays, I would pick something else. It is close to the airport but not much else."
