The stay was amazing, you access the rooms via a small eatery which had good bahn mi, so quiet, didn’t hear any traffic noise. Very convenient location.

Incredibly difficult, confusing and frustrating check in. I was not sent any check in instructions and when I arrived there was only a cleaner on site. She took me to two separate rooms - both of which had people sleeping in them. The room that I was apparently staying in was dirty, had a lady in the bed, and the fridge was stocked as if someone had been living there. When I refused to stay in that room, they took me to another room to “wait while they cleaned” and it was the room that they’d actually advertised on their site. When the manager (or whoever) finally arrived, she made me pay extra to stay in the advertised room (with zero apologies for the ridiculousness of it all). I had been travelling all day and this was the last thing I needed to be dealing with. Bad service all around (except for from the cleaner, she was trying her best) and unprofessional, unfriendly management. Don’t stay here, there’s plenty of nicer places nearby with friendlier staff.
