Apr 13, 2026The room floor was not clean. After walking in the room, my feet were black and left a print on the toilet mat There was rubbish behind the sofa from the last guest which was not cleared. The hotel is not at the airport and it is 20 minutes away by the free shuttle. The staff were very helpful.

Jan 14, 2026Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, very friendly and welcoming. One staff member walked us 500m down the road to show us a massage place and other shops. Highly recommended them.
Rooms could have been a little cleaner but still the cleanliness was 8 out of 10

May 9, 2026It’s a good hotel and the staff are helpful but it is misleading listed on Hotels.com. It’s 15 minutes away from the airport. The correct address is:

May 20, 2026Fraudulent listing.
Upon arrival, a creepy man came in with a photo of the passport and forced a 35 minute taxi ride to a completely different hotel.
Scary, not secure, and absolutely a hotel to avoid.

Apr 23, 2026Buy a SIM card and immediately contact with the hotel to send you a car to pick you up. You should wait in the terminal 2 - Gate 42. The car goes each hour.

Jul 6, 2026the hotel appears to be quite modern and new and I had booked this hotel as the Hotels.com site indicated it's only 0.15km from the airport. I later found that the hotel is actually 20 minutes from the airport by shuttle. We ordered a shuttle as our flight arrives late in the evening and we had an early flight to catch the next morning. We waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after we cleared arrivals at the airport. At the hotel, we tried to booked the free shuttle for the next morning at 6.30am but was told the shuttles only go on the hour. We opted to take the earlier shuttle at 6am. There was free breakfast at the hotel but it starts at 7.30am so we could not comment on that. There was also a laundry facility on site, again, due to our late arrival and early departure, we were not able to use it.

Apr 23, 2026The address listed on the website is incorrect. It states that the hotel is located inside the airport, which is not true. In reality, it is more than a 15-minute drive from the airport.
Additionally, the correct address is not clearly provided anywhere, which made it very difficult and confusing to find the hotel.
It was a very bad experience for me.

May 21, 2026False advertising! Stay away! This hotel is not at the airport as indicated. The pickup location was at the domestic terminal, 15 mins away by shuttle bus that i had to wait 15 mins for. Once there, difficult to find driver. 25+ mins trip away from airport to hotel. This is not located at the airport as indicated. Refused to refund extra nights when i left early as i needed to be at airport for early flight, and did not want to have to wrestle with unhelpful staff. Breakfast buffet terrible - poor selection in western and chinese quisine - more like school camp breakfast

Dec 6, 2025On expedia the location of the hotel is less than a mile, but it takes 20 min by car. If you a light sleeper, you should ask for a room away from street.

Jan 25, 2026The airport pickup service took us to the wrong hotel location even though we communicated with the hotel directly on expedia.
