My recent 2-night stay was disappointing. The room had two beds with extremely soft mattresses that were sinking badly on the sides, making them very uncomfortable. Bedding was clean but very basic, and the duvet was wrapped between two flat sheets instead of a proper cover.
The positives: the AC was cold and quiet, toiletries were good, the TV was large, and the southern Intracoastal view was beautiful.
Everything else fell short. There is no self-parking, only valet at $30/night plus an additional $30/night resort fee that felt unjustified. The listing photos showed a living room and a bedroom with two full or queen beds, but we were only given the bedroom and bathroom—no living room at all.
Although the room looked clean at first glance, the mattress cover had long black hair on it, dust under the bed, and the AC/cleaning-supply closet was full of dust. The kitchenette area had a kettle, toaster, drip coffee maker, but only one mug and a few utensils—no plates. The mini fridge worked fine. The bathroom doors showed noticeable water damage.
We also smelled marijuana both on the balcony and in the outdoor lobby area.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and we will not be returning.
