Clean, comfortable and close to Termini.
Nice to have a proper reception desk - so did not have to specify an arrival time provided it is within there opening hours. Receptionist very helpful. Room was comfortable although sparsely furnished but had a TV and Air-con. Black out curtains would be good. Bathroom very clean and good hot shower. Very little street noise so slept well. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Delightful staff. Had tea,coffee,juice, croissant, cheese and salami toastie and yogurt. Much more than we expected and all served with a smile. Would be happy to stay here again.

friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. The rooms are clean and modernly arranged. cleanliness is done every day. It is easy to walk around both the city center and Termini train station.Overall a place to feel like in Rome
