The overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The staff were gracious and professional. The location is great as it it very close to public transportation. The location at night is questionable but didn't feel unsafe with the police patrolling. I will stay here again as long the accommodations remain stellar.

It seems like a brand new hotel and the facilities are in excellent condition. Location is convenient for JFK airport due to the proximity to the skytrain, and you can get to the port authority highway bus stop by takin the e train.

This was truly disappointing. First, parking was a major issue—though there’s a garage, it wasn’t usable, and the nearby option didn’t fit an SUV. I checked in Thursday; by Friday after work, the room hadn’t been cleaned. I called, and they said someone would come, but after an hour, I had to go to the front desk—only to learn housekeeping had left for the day, meaning it wouldn’t be cleaned until the next day. On Saturday, after leaving and coming back at 11 p.m.—following an hour of searching for parking—the room still wasn’t cleaned.
