The accommodations were both clean and spacious. However, the exceptional service provided by the reception and administrative staff truly stood out. I have a medical condition that necessitates traveling with refrigerated medication, and I inadvertently overlooked the absence of a shared kitchen facility. Upon discussing this with the administrator, I was informed that only the deluxe suites, which are a higher price point, included a refrigerator. Nevertheless, the staff demonstrated remarkable kindness and understanding by upgrading my room to ensure I had access to a refrigerator for my medication. I was genuinely touched by the compassion I received on that occasion. Thank you very much.
