Good value stay. Rooms was clean and comfortable. Hotel lacks amenities. Hotel location is in a rough looking area. Would not recommend this location for female solo travelers.

We stayed here for the Brooklyn Half Marathon. The place was clean and affordable and the staff was very helpful. We asked for late check out, and then wound up being even later than we thought and they were really nice about it and said "no problem". I really appreciated that because the whole weekend was super stressful for me so them being chill about it was much appreicated. The room was really clean and nice too. I would highly recommend!!

Definitely a good hotel for the price. I stayed in the standard non smoking room with the king sized bed. The room was nice and clean, it has a good set up and good lighting and the bathroom is also clean and pretty. I enjoyed my stay and I’d definitely stay here again.

Suited my basic needs ! And the price was lower than most other options. The building is newly renovated, and the room was small but clean & comfortable. Once I was in the room: all good. But externally: the "lobby" is negligible, the "breakfast" is a to-go bag of uninteresting snacks, it's a so-so sketchy neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk to a subway station. the staff are helpful, but difficult to understand (heavy Indian accents)

I liked how the made use of a small space. Bathroom was clean and new. Would like to see the key being used to operate the elevator.

The place is nice and cozy newly renovated great for staying in or even if you are going to be out all day. Breakfast provided in go bags choice could be switched up every couple days, tv remote not easy to navigate like to Netflix etc. Would have liked a microwave in room especially for those having longer stays. But overall place was nice centralized staff friendly. Would stay again.

Not bad! It served its purpose. The only thing I didn’t like was the hallways were too warm and there’s only one elevator. Staff was kind, they give you a little doggy bag breakfast. If you don’t plan on staying in the room for long and on budget to lay your head at night. They would be your go to.

Really clean, small rooms in the funky heart of Flatbush. The hotel owner was really helpful, holding the 2nd key and taking my friend's name after I checked in so he could get a key while I was out. Also forgot to mention we might be back after midnight and ended up getting back after 3 from a friend's wedding, but there was someone at reception checking people in so no worries. AC blasted cold, but fully controllable. Only complaint is the toilet seat (in 405) didn't fully fit the toilet so it looked a little dicey (but held up), the elevator doors stay open a very long time, and the room was a little smaller than it looked in the pics. Everything else was dialed. 9.8 stars.

We found that one of the sheets was dirty. The sink was backed up, so we fixed it. The TV couldn’t connect to our Netflix account. I only needed to stay one night, but the rooms are not soundproof I could hear a baby crying all night long.

WiFi barely worked on higher floors, the smart tv’s didn’t have their actual remotes so you were apparently only supposed to watch the limited cable channels (but the tvs were still dependent on WiFi so they stalled constantly), the windows have their manufacturing stickers on them, and the rooms were tiny. This is not a 3 star hotel. I would go easier if they were accurately advertised and priced. I have stayed at far nicer Ramada’s which are considered 2-star. Better than a motel though. Not their fault but the hotel is also on a busy, slightly sketchy street so expect a lot of honking, loud cars, and sirens at night.
