‘Advisors’ and hotel staff inefficient - hotel B-
Hotel has Advisors to assist with check-in and check-out and primarily processes room requests and such online, however, no one advised me of the communication protocols for this specific property. Subsequently, I would dial 0 for room service or questions and no one answered the phone or the online request portals. Had to go downstairs and find a human at 5:35AM to resolve a room issue rather than talk to an Advisor on the phone.

Good 6.0
Not too impressed
Tiny tiny room with a cool decor, but with not-so-great view even when we paid extra for the “great view” ( Half of the view was a wall of the building next door). We tried to use a steamer in the room but it was full of mold when I opened it. (Yuck!!) They brought a new one pretty quickly though after we called the front desk. The room smelled like an old man’s shoes, and the automatic shade did not close properly so we had to ask front desk to send somebody to fix it. Shower booth was not clean as there were dirt built up at the corner of the booth. No (or very weak working) fan in the bathroom..... Overall, we are not impressed at all. It is a very cool looking hotel with a hipster vibe, but not worth paying this much to stay here again.
