The room was large, comfortable and clean. Was excellent for the price. Room service was prompt and the pizza delicious. Only issue was poor TV reception Building works next door were noisy through day but alternative room offered if desired. Not found necessary. A really nice, comfortable place to stay with ample parking onsite.

I didn’t realise the Encore had no lift until we were allocated a room on the second floor and had to climb stairs. We made do the first night as we had a late flight and the office was closed. The staff were extremely accommodating the next day and didn’t hesitate to move us to a room on the ground floor as my husband has mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.
