Location of property to the metro was my motivation for booking this Communication was excellent The property was very comfortable and extremely clean Check in instructions were excellent and easy My room was next to the road and on my first night groups of people were outside making excessive noise and the same at 6am the following morning The second night was no issue I also assumed the property would have a safe for passport etc.. I left it in the room regardless because the entrance and door to room felt safe and secure

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to big supermarket, metro station for airport and lots of restaurants/cafe nearby. 15 minutes walk to famous train station. 3 hours journey to Lisbon by train. Definite plenty shop nearby. Downstairs toilet can't lock it because no lock on it. Communication is excellent. Plenty space for 4 people We stayed at top floor with balcony but it was extremely hot and we were so disappointed with the master bedroom because the air conditioning is broken. No manual about the controller and we google it. It was 30 degrees while we are staying. They sent someone to repair the air conditioning on the following day and the engineer told us can't repair. Need regas so we don't have any air-conditioning in the bedroom. The portable fan didn't arrive till the third day. We stayed there 4 nights. Only downstairs kitchen, sofa bed area with proper air conditioning. The owner should check all conditioning in working order. No compensation for us. Also the shower sink is leaking water and I have to put a bowl under the sink to collect water. Well equipped kitchen but 1 of the pan is burn, black bottom. Someone cooked pop corn in it. The cleaner didn't check everything.
